Shipping & Handling

Every single box of cigars is carefully sealed to keep your cigars fresh before receiving carrier, therefore your cigars will never arrive dry and damaged. Please keep your cigars in your humidor at least five days at 16-18°C (60-65°F) and 65-70% RH upon arrival.

We ship your cigars in unopened boxes because opened boxes become always a problem. If you want us to check your cigars before shipping process, please make a note of this in the comment box of check out page.
Orders are shipped via postal services or private carriers (contact us for details and prices) and usually will be delivered within 10 to 25 business days (For some countries delivers may take longer than 25 business days, please be patient).
BestSellerCigars.com is not responsible for paying any taxes or duties involved in the importation of his/her order into his/her country (the purchaser is responsible for knowing her/his local laws).
For worldwide shippings, in case your order is not delivered within a month or longer, will be considered lost and replaceable as of one month after the shipping date in accordance with international postal protocol. Please note, no replacements will be shipped before the one month time frame has been passed. BestSellerCigars cannot be held responsible for delays caused by human error (incorrect information, wrong address or buyer name).

Free Shipping: Purchases over $2000 USD
Shipping cost: $30 USD for North and South America. $35 for Europe. $40 for Asia, Africa and Oceania. Purchases less than $2000 USD.
Please note that we provide free shipping purchases over $2000 USD, but for some certain countries, you may be charged with extra shipping cost.

SHIPPING TIME:

Europe: 15-25 business days
North and South America: 15-25 business days
Asia and Oceania: 20-30 business days
Africa: 20-30 business days

RETURN:
Our aim is your satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with your order, you should contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Coloration of cigars or taste is not a reason for return. If you are not sure of what product you want to buy, contact us for advice or information before placing an order. In case of wrong or missing delivery, please contact us with your order number within 2 days. Goods must be returned undamaged, sealed in their original packaging and by unit of packaging. Returns must be provided by international postal services otherwise the buyer bears the shipping costs. Please contact us for this situation.

REFUND:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you about the status of your situation after inspect the item.
If your return is approved, we will offer you three options: replacement boxes, gift card or refund.
